By downloading or using the Pomo application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Pomo is a time management tool based on the Pomodoro method. The application offers a free version and a "Premium" version (Pomo PRO) offering advanced features (statistics, OLED customization, unlimited tasks, etc.).
Pomo offers In-App Purchases:
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled exclusively via your Google Play Store account settings. The publisher of Pomo cannot issue direct refunds, as these are subject to the refund policies of the respective platforms.
The application is provided "as is". Although we strive to ensure the reliability of the application, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pomo is not responsible for data loss (tasks, history) related to uninstalling the application or user device failure.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on this page.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
