The protection of your personal data is a priority for Pomo. This policy details how we treat your information when you use our application.

In summary: Pomo is a "Local First" application. We do not store your usage data on our servers.

2. Collected Data and Storage

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Focus session history (duration, date).
• Tasks and task lists.
• Application settings (preferences, themes, sounds).
• Usage statistics.

2.2 Support Messages

If you use the contact/support feature in the application:

• The transmitted data (email, message, screenshots) is sent via a secure Discord Webhook to a private server accessible only by the developer.
• This data is used solely to respond to your request and is not kept beyond the time necessary to process the ticket.

3. Third-Party Services and In-App Purchases

We do not use any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) to track your behavior.

For Premium features, payments are processed entirely by:

• Google Play Store (Android)

We never have access to your banking information. We only receive a cryptographic confirmation of your subscription status to unlock features.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access and deletion: Since your data is local, you have full control over it. You can delete all your data via the application settings ("Clear all data") or by uninstalling the application.
• Right to rectification: You can modify your tasks and settings directly in the application.
